Little Artists Inspired by Van Gogh

In the Bee Class, our youngest artists have been exploring the work of Vincent Van Gogh, focusing on his famous painting, Starry Night. Every six weeks, we introduce a new artist to showcase different styles and techniques, helping our little learners begin their art history journey.

To recreate Starry Night, the children experimented with a variety of materials, including cotton buds, paint dabbers, scrunched-up paper, sponges, forks, and, of course, their own fingertips! With blue and yellow paint, glitter, and plenty of creativity, they produced their own unique interpretations of the masterpiece.

The creativity didn’t stop there! The children then used scissors to cut up their artwork, creating triptychs and abstract pieces, learning that every mark we make is art and that everything we create is simply perfect.

Art in Bee Class is all about exploration, creativity, and self-expression, and we can't wait to see which artist we discover next!
